As UN Bans Inner City Press 755th Day It E-Asks Spox Haq of Ghislaine Maxwell Dossal UN Sexploitation Cunillera Morocco Covid Cameroon S Sudan Fleming 4000+ UNanswered

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon IMF
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - CJR - PFT

UN GATE, July 27 – Inner City Press on 5 July 2018 was banned from entering the UN, two day after it was physically removed from conducting interviews outside meeting about the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres' $6.7 billion budget.

Then Guterres' Department of Global Communication, run by Melissa Fleming, issued a letter banning Inner City Press from the UN - for life. With no due process, no right of appeal.  Guterres has put the UN in the US Press Freedom Tracker, here. Guterres' Spokesman Stephane Dujarric falsely promised on camera that he would be answering banned Inner City Press' questions - but see below.

On July 27 after Guterres again refused to answer but the IMF did answer, here, and before an amateur UN noon briefing not by Stephane "French Whine" Dujarric, previously the face of UN lies on cholera in Haiti and now on undeserved two week junket, but by Farhan Haq Inner City Press submitted yet more questions (blocked by Dujarric's screener Florencia Soto Nino on +1 917 226 7816 and Dujarric himself on +1 917 622 7652; he directed some favored scribes to Eri Kaneko on +1 917 208 8910, who now blocks Inner City Press on WhatsApp as well) including on the basis on which it continues to be lawlessly banned from entering to ask questions in person. Now also on the basis for withholding publicly funded UN video from the Press. There was no answer from Farhan Haq on +1 917 592 4591, not even a confirmation of receipt, and now UN official like Hua Jiang, Eri Kaneko, now on screen Jennifer Confilio, Adam Smook, Marisela Rivera and others to be named taking public money for a UN briefing blocking email questions about the UN's spread of Covid 19 - May 21 Inner City Press video with commentary here and here, edit here, June 16 video of Kaneko who had briefing go dark and never returned to explain here and here -- who will be held accountable? June 17 here, June 19 here, June 22 here, June 24 here, June 30 here, July 1 here, July 6 here, July 7 here, July 8 here, July 9 here, July 10 here , July 13 here, July 14 here, July 15 here, July 16 and ouster here, July 17 raw and UNTV, July 20 here, July 21 here and UNTV, July 22 here and UNTV, July 23 here, July 24 here and UNTV, July 27 here and UNTV, Inner City Press asked:

July 27-1: Immediately respond to (as you have to date refused to) and explain this leaked audio, exclusively published by Inner City Press, of OIOS' Ben Swanson here

On Ghislaine Maxwell and the UN Office of Partnership / Amir Dossal, given that Dossal was one of only five directors of Maxwell's Terramar Foundation, please immediately disclose all of SG Guterres' contacts with Office of Partnership and Dossal since Guterres has been SG.

On COVID-19 and Morocco, what are the comments and actions if any of SG Guterres, including but not limited to as relates to Western Sahara political prisoners in Moroccan jails, to that Morocco's government has announced a fresh lockdown in some major cities as new coronavirus cases in the country hit a record high.  Movement has been restricted in the country's largest city Casablanca, as well as in Tangier, Marrakesh, Fez and Meknes.  What was the basis of "removing" the Press from UNDP's and Habitat's COVID-19 and Cities briefing, if you want to inform the public? Isn't it just censorship?

On Somalia, what are the comments and actions if any of SG Guterres on that an almost unanimous vote of no-confidence on Saturday that saw Somalia's prime minister removed from his post has been confirmed -- Internet access has been cut across much of the country?

As asked on July 23 with no response from any of you: Press request re new UN sex abuse case data dumped July 23, 6 pm that you immediately provide all if-asked / further information about the new UN sexual exploitation allegations in CAR against UN "peacekeeper" from Gabon, and in DRC by South Africa, on top of unanswered UNTSO driver question and those data dumped on June 4 after 2:30 pm - the ninth this summer so far, no answers, UNSG complicit

Explain why the SG now says he can seize and search all UN staff members phones and laptops, how it relates to the UNTSO Sexploitation case exclusively exposed by Inner City Press and why no discipline by actual driver Juan Carlos Cunillera - was his phone searched?

Immediately provide SG Guterres' response to the OIOS Swanson audio, and letter demanding 15% cut in funding to the UN, Inner City Press on July 21 published here

On Office of South South Cooperation and UN bribery cover up, respond to and explain this leaked audio, exclusively published by Inner City Press, of Ines Tofalo, here,  and this (subsequently changed) draft audit, here

July 27-2a: On the reported disciplining of now three at UNTSO, explain why you have not named them; confirm or deny they are as Inner City Press asked you in June Michael Antoine and Ray Milan; disclose previous complaints regarding Antoine and any actions taken, and confirm that Administrative Leave without Pay allows for payment of education grant and insurance, and is not a disciplinary measure. Also state when further actions are expected. See, here (as of before noon July 27 with 180,000 views on Twitter, more on other platforms)

AND NOW IMMEDIATELY RESPOND, AS YOU AND UNTSO HAVE NOT, TO THIS: "it was Ray Milan who used his ID to start the UN vehicle - but that, contrary to policy, Juan Carlos Cunillera took the wheel." Who will be fired? Or resign?

ALSO - immediately respond to the UNRWA hiring scandal, here, and serious questions about the testimony of the Chef de Cabinet and USG Pollard, also involved in the Cunillera cover up.

relatedly, confirm that the "Luminate" mentioned by USG Fleming on June 29 is Pierre Omidyar's foundation, here

On Cameroon, what are the comments and actions if any of SG Guterres on that Language differences played out in court in Cameroon during an appeal hearing against the life sentences handed down last August to Anglophone separatist leader Sisiku Ayuk Tabe and nine others.

as well as on the June 22 admission by Sri Lanka former PR Kohona that his country led a campaign to get Inner City Press ousted and banned from the UN after it reported on mass killings in Sri Lanka, as Inner CIty Press was also doing as to Cameroon when your UN banned it now for 721 day. What is the appeals process? On deadline."

In Honduras, President JOH talked up hydroxychloroquin - what does SG Guterres say about that, and about JOH named today in narco-trafficking complaint in SDNY against former Honduran National Police Chief Tigre Bonilla?
