In Colonial UN of Guterres UNESCO Lets Itself Be Crashed By French Intelligence

By Matthew Russell Lee & sources, Exclusive

UN GATE, March 5 –We thought we have seen it all as concerns the decadence of UNESCO under the French Director general Audrey Azoulay. Yes, but no!

The scandal that shakes UNESCO since Monday goes beyond the boldest imagination.  Aa team of French secret service agents accessed the UNESCO building with the approval by the Cabinet of DG Azoulay.

The agents gained access to the computers and servers of the Agency.  The French governmental defense and national security agency, known as SGDSN, sent some its most knowledgeable agents to infiltrate the IT systems of UNESCO.

They accessed the headquarters contrary to all United Nations agreements and practices first on 20 October 2020, and then in January 9-10, 2021.

The members of the team of six agents operated under the leadership of Christian F. are with the following initials: L.E., D.G., A.C., A.Z., L.S. and C.F.

The DG of UNESCO Audrey Azoulay is the one fully accountable for allowing the French agents to access and set up controlling devices over the information flow among ambassadors and senior diplomats.  The team liaised with the Chief of Azoulay’s Office, Mr. Flavio Bonetti, who was in his previous professional life a former deputy prefect of the Centre-Val de Loire region. Over the last two years, Inner City Press regularly exposed his role in coordinating the undercover surveillance operations by the French authorities at UNESCO (here  here here here and here.

Now that the French team was caught entering the UNESCO building after working hours, the French DG will certainly explain that they entered it innocently at her invitation to help fixing her defective laptop.

Or possibly the personal computer of the Director of her Cabinet Kacyanides, or maybe the one of his mistress, who got promoted by Azoulay and then moved from the Cabinet to the Education Sector.

...This is the UN of Guterres:  having French national security agents who are operating under the direct supervision of France’s Prime Minister’s office and the Secretariat for Defense and National Security, spying on a UN Agency.

The other question is for how long will states at UNESCO and the UNSG pretend they knew nothing about it. But then again, options are limited to keep their eyes wide-shut if this espionage case reaches the Joint inspection Unit, the only independent external oversight body of the United Nations system mandated to conduct evaluations, inspections and investigations system-wide.

Audrey Azoulay must think twice while dreaming about a second mandate. There are already enough accumulated evidences that she may well be forced to step down beforehand.  The same should - and must - happen with Guterres: No Second Term. We will have more on that. Watch this site.
