As UN Officials Ordered Out of Central African Republic SG Guterres Refuses To Answer As On UN Rapes

By Matthew Russell Lee, Exclusive, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - CJR - PFT

UN GATE / SDNY COURT, Feb 25 –  For months, the UN under Antonio Guterres has refused to answer basic Press questions about sexual abuse by its peacekeepers, including the alleged rape of children in the Central African Republic.

Now, after Inner City Press was sent a document from CAR concerning the ordering-out or declaring persona non grata of UN personnel and asked Guterres' spokespeople Stephane Dujarric and Melissa Fleming about it, a full day later there has been no answer. So we have uploaded the document on Scribd, here.

Here's from the questions Inner City Press e-mailed to Dujarric, Fleming, Guterres and his Deputy SG Amina J. Mohammad on the morning of February 24:

"on CAR, immediate confirm these PNGs, and state what each of the UN personnel did:

'The facts reported are deemed sufficiently serious by the Central African Authorities, who therefore request the departure of the persons concerned, and cited below, from Central African territory. A transfer, within one week is requested, at the risk of having their immunities lifted and of seeing them be brought before the Central African Justice for the acts of which they are accused The persons denounced are: - Mr. ZALKO BARS Dimitroff, Head of MINUSCA coordination office in Bangui; Mr. TORRES RAY, Director of Political Affairs of MINUSCA; - Mr. CARLOS José, Head of coordination for the 3rd arrondissement; - Mr. TORRES RAY, Director of Political Affairs of MINUSCA; - Mr. CARLOS José, Head of coordination for the 3rd arrondissement; - Mr. KEITA Mamady Rouge, Agent of MINUSCA seconded to the 3rd district. Please accept, Mr. Special Representative, the expression of my distinguished consideration. o apues Stra des Affan Ministère da Minister Sylvie BAIPO TEMON.'"

And from the UN, nothing. Nor to this Inner City Press question: "  On UN sexual abuse, as Inner City Press requested before 10 am on February 24, immediately provide all if-asked / further information immediately provide the if-asked information about the new sex abuse cases data dumped at 9:30 am on Feb 24, involving UN rape in DRC by Guatemala "peacekeeper," and abuse by Senegal in Haiti, and Gabon and Mauritania in CAR, etc and still no answer those data dumped on Feb 4, UN rape in Darfur and CAR, sex abuse by Uganda "peacekeeper" in South Sudan and from "the Congo" and Benin in CAR, etc - and also in CAR by Cameroonian UN 'police.'"

No answers; cover up. To some, but for the UN's increasing difficult to justify legal immunity, the UN System under Guterres is becoming a criminal organization. We'll have more on this. Watch this site.
