Guterres Ignores Coronavirus as Catarina Vaz Pinto Under Fire Ignoring Workers Views of Archive Move

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - CJR - PFT

UN GATE, Jan 26 – How captured by China is UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres? The latest example is Guterres remain silent even as of January 26 on the spread of the deadly Coronavirus from China, thereby among other things putting UN system staff at risk.

But China would prefer it not be publicized, and therefore Guterres who both needs their vote for a second term and covered up his links to UN briber CEFC China Energy says nothing, even as robo-comments and expressed canned concern on much less problems.

CEFC China Energy paid bribes in and through Guterres' UN to Chad's Idryss Deby and Uganda's Sam Kutesa and, evidence showed, Yoweri Museveni. Guterres even even commissioned an audit, as Ban Ki-moon did of Ng Lap Seng's South South News.

CEFC China Energy offered money to Lisbon-based Gulbenkian Foundation, whose payments to Guterres were not included on his UN public financial disclosure covering 2016. Guterres then had roughed up and banned now 572 days and counting Inner City Press which asked him about it.

Meanwhile in Lisbon, still Guterres' real home to travel to which he wastes the public's money and the environment, more times than he and the UN disclose, his also-Gulbenkian spouse Catarina Vaz Pinto is under criticism by the workers in the Archive she's in charge of, the Municipal Archive of Lisbon. The intention of the chamber to temporarily move the archive from Bairro da Liberdade, in Campolide, to the towers of Alto da Eira, next to Av. General Roçadas, makes workers uneasy. They say that the site "is not suitable", that the transfer goes against "all national and international standards" on archival and fear that the provisional will become definitive. “It is complete autism,” criticized Vitória Pinheiro, one of the petitioners....  The municipal archive was once in Alto da Eira, but left in 2004 due to lack of healthiness. The chamber has done works in the meantime and guarantees that the space has conditions. “It was rehabilitated to comply with the rules necessary to receive archival collections,” said Catarina Vaz Pinto, councilor for Culture. "Although it has recently been rehabilitated, it already has infiltrations," said Helena Nunes, one of the petitioners.

Yet it is Mr. Guterres is is the arrogant censor. We'll have more on this.

Guterres' spokesman Stephane Dujarric claimed on camera to be answering banned Inner City Press' questions - but he is not answering written questions, and USG Melissa Fleming denies without any explanation Inner City Press' applications to enter the UN like hundreds of state media, many from China. They and Guterres are corrupt, and is covering up for China. We'll have more on this - watch this site.
