In Corrupt UN of Guterres There Is A UNDP Spy in UNHQ Xavier Michon Linked to Gindin

by Matthew Russell Lee n UNDP Whistleblower Patreon Maxwell book CIA Trial tome- NY Mag

UN GATE Exclusive, Nov 12 – The mild-manner bespectacled man whose eyes appear big behind his spectacles when he professes surprise, Xavier Michon, UNCDF’s Deputy Executive Secretary, is UNDP’s spy at UNCDF.

The complete double-faced behavior which Mr. Michon has truly mastered has led to his success in betraying his team-mates at UNCDF, whistleblowers tell Inner City Press.

No more! They say his lies threaten the hard work and success of the 400 team members of the UN Capital Development Fund in an internal hostile takeover at the UN where UNDP is forcibly taking over UNCDF, like Guterrres covered up the grab of Ukraine.

Xavier Michon has often boasted that he reports everything happening including the activities at UNCDF secretively and regularly to the ‘21st Floor’ and ‘they’ know everything happening at UNCDF.

The ‘21st Floor’ refers to UNDP Executive Office commonly called ‘EXO’ which is the Office of Achim Steiner, UNDP Administrator; Usha Rao-Monari, UNDP Associate Administrator; and Michele Candotti, UNDP Chief of Staff to the Administrator. Michon claims Michele Candotti, UNDP Chief of Staff is his good friend and the main conduit of his messages.

Reporting true or false information about your own organization to others secretively constitutes misconduct at the UN. Beware, UNDP Management, the information that Michon passes to you may not all be true. Michon told a UNDP staffer that ‘the UNDP is a sinking ship, a disaster waiting to happen, and the UNDP Administrator is a disaster.’ Such bad-mouthing creates a hostile work environment in the team and between agencies, effects reputations, and violates rules of ethical conduct, such as they are at the UN.

Xavier Michon is intimidating UN staff members and creating a toxic work environment.      Michon’s downfall is his extreme arrogance,  in his mid-fifties who thinks too highly of himself, throwing his team members ‘under the bus’ at the hint of a problem.

Michon, like many crony employees at the UN under Guterres, appears only concerned about his full pension due to him in about 5 years time and accompanying full healthcare insurance for him and his family for life following retirement.

Xavier Michon is the ultimate ‘dirt-digger’ obsessively digging through people’s backgrounds. He continuously sends around updates on the latest scandals on a regular basis as if it fascinates him.  Then there's this:

UNDP Whistleblower, to banned Inner City Press: "Xavier Michon has an inappropriate illicit personal relationship involving love and money with his Executive Associate, Marianna Gindin."
