UN Sex For Jobs Scandal in DRC Has Officials Using UN Paid House Maids as Sex Slaves

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Maxwell Book
BBC - Honduras - CIA Trial Book - NY Mag

UN GATE Exclusive, Sept 19 –  The UN is involved in a sexual harassment and sex trafficking scandal in the Democratic Republic of Congo, of which Inner City Press is exclusively informed while the organization under Secretary General Antonio Guterres is trying to cover up.

The UN mission's Supply Chain Management unit has been engaged in quid pro quo sexual harassment of women pre-hired as UN Volunteers. Those who do not provide sexual favors to UN officials are retaliated against.

From its exclusive publication in August 2022, Inner City Press has daily asked the UN, from Guterres, through Melissa Fleming to spokesman Stephane Dujarric about this scandal, including providing names involved. No answer; cover up - and no response to Inner City Press' application to enter and report on UNGA week.

On September 19, on the same day the UN data dumped cases of UN sex abuse in DRC by Tanzania and South Africa, another whistleblower's first message: "I read your story in DRC sex abuse,  there were big events in DRC, I had been in system for 20 years i am aware about many shocking stories about , sex, fraud, scandals, scam, plundering of UN fund, money laundering and  big recruitment  network still operating from UNHQ to Field missions all around world. But nice about UN is they put all these thing under carpet and freeze them in just 48 hrs as it never happen style very successfully.    Beauty of it is those involved in these great events were always rewarded as promotion transfer to other field missions within 48 hrs.    Some sex abuse criminals could remain in system for more than 10 years span and  continuous enjoy the reward with promotion all places.  I witnessed many events in  DRC, Burundi, Sudan, South Sudan, Darfur, Haiti  its wonder to notice , no proper audit system exist here on social, financial and other  check n balance ever in system. these mechanism of great flow still exist and going on the cost of billion of dollar budgets to the field missions around world.    UN hiring system is most corrupt, still cont everywhere, house maid, cook, are used as sex slave for male and female both candidate."

From September 9, this exclusive reporting: "the current UNV Program Manager Mr Davy Muondongo who was previously under scrutiny in MINUSCA had been investigated for an altered PHP, is also part of the problem, he recruited his mistress Ms Irena as UNV Finance Assistant, she is incompetent. The Chief of Supply Chain uses him to cover up his dalliances and have recently started hiring women of other nationalities to cover up.   We Congolese are not happy with situation. They say we are not qualified yet they hire their mistresses."

From September 8, this additional exclusive reporting, not answered: a UN Volunteer Alia Basma a mistress of Amadu was promoted by Amadu Timbilla she had an intense relationship with The Chief of Integrated Warehouse Mr Joseph Ngidari she went to UNON in Nairobi.   Meanwhile there is the question of the whereabouts of a “missing UNV” who reported Tommy Bannister for harassment. The Chief of Supply Chain sent Tommy Bannister to “seduce” her, Tommy was also interested in a relationship and that did not turn out well, she reported and was literally sent out of Amadu’s office.   There is also the mystery of Ms. Susan Kamali, and Victoria Anderson and the Ethiopian Housekeeper and Ms Agnes, the alleged mistresses of Amadu Timbilla - more to follow. And from the UN, no answers. Cover up.

Previously, an Inner City Press update on September 6: "Tommy Bannister has been awarded a position in Kinshasa even after we believe the Chief of Supply bribed some witnesses, he is part of the scandal. The Chief of Supply Chain is Amadu Timbilla. He is currently applying for a position as Chief in MINUSCA as they are so ashamed... Concerned Congolese Staff who are tired of watching disturbing behavior by international staff This must stop we are going to report this at the highest authorities MONUSCO MUST GO Congo is our country, they steal and exploit us.

The current scandal-plagued United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the DR Congo is the successor to MONUC, whose chief Alan Doss was exposed by Inner City Press (before Guterres banned it from the UN, with his Melissa Fleming ignore the appeal) as hiring his personal chef as an engineer.

This practice has continued, with another cook (not Bannister) hired.  This cook is one Thomas Ziem...

Inner City Press has the names of those involved; it is informed that Guterres' Assistant Secretary General for Human Resources Martha Helena Lopez is well informed but has yet to act.

Inner City Press will have more on this. Watch this site.
