UN Guterres Orders Staff Back Sept 15 Geneva Too As He Broke Quarantine With Pompeo

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Video
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - CJR - PFT

UN GATE, Aug 23 – Antonio Guterres, the UN Secretary General who rarely takes questions and even had the Press which asked him about the mass killings in Cameroon thrown out of the UN, rolled up in three large SUV vehicles to the publicly-funded mansion he usually lives alone in, just before the COVID-19 pandemic spread in March Video here, & YouTube and Facebook.

In August with most New Yorkers locked down or, if they leave the City and returned, harassed by contact tracers, Guterres went on an unannounced publicly funded vacation to Portugal.

After his return and faux quarantine for ten days, including maskless men going in and out of his mansion, on August 19 Guterres' spokesman Stephane Dujarric said that US Secretary of State would be meeting directly with Guterres in the mansion on August 20 at 2 pm, see below.

Meanwhile Guterres has ordered UN headquarters staff to return to New York by September 15 - or two weeks before, so that they (unlike him) can quarantine. See video leaked to Inner City Press, here, including on that Guterres' contempt for the public is spreading.

Now on August 23, Inner City Press is exclusive informed by multiple UN-Geneva whistleblowers that things are even worse in Geneva, as Guterres' double standards put UN staff members' lives at risk:

[Paragraphs removed due to expressed fear of retaliation amid UN Geneva / Guterres witchhunt]

 From: BROADCAST-UNOG

Dear colleagues,  Since virtual solutions cannot fully replace human contact nor many of our functions, I believe we need to support these requests and make better use of the Palais des Nations premises (within our 60 percent occupancy limit).  From 15 September 2020, all UN Geneva Secretariat personnel will be required to work on site on at least a part-time basis, unless they require special protection. Those of you who are currently teleworking outside the duty station in the context of COVID-19 (as an alternate working arrangement) will be expected to return and be ready to report to the premises from 15 September. You should therefore make the related travel arrangements to return, taking into consideration any applicable travel restrictions and quarantine requirements.  Exceptional requests for teleworking outside the duty station beyond 15 September should be brought to the attention of the Human Resources Management Service and will be treated on a case-by-case basis.   (Signed) Tatiana Valovaya Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva

On August 20 Inner City Press, though also covering the indictment and arraignment of Steve Bannon in the SDNY courthouse it covers, rushed uptown to see if this blatant violation of quarantine by Guterres would take place. It did: streaming Periscope video here; now on YouTube here. There were many UN staff and security, a waste of public money occasioned only by Guterres' selfishness and arrogance.
