UN GATE, Aug 4 – At the UN under Secretary General Antonio Guterres there has been entirely unaddressed sexual abuse both in and by the Organization, including two links to Ghislaine Maxwell the UN won't answer or take questions on, as well  bribery, including offers of weapons for oil by UN non governmental organization China Energy Fund Committee of Ye Jianming which Guterres refuses to even audit - while roughing up and banning Inner City Press which asks him about it.

  As Inner City Press reported, at UNAIDS Guterres praised Michel Sidibe to the very end, and still refuses questions on sexual abuse by the peacekeepers he and USG Lacroix are responsible for, including not only in DRC but now Tel Aviv, Inner City Press video here.

   On December 13, 2019 Inner City Press noted that "Martina Brostrom was fired today from the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) on the basis of charges that she categorically denies, in what she described as a blatant act of retaliation.   "I challenged the status quo," Brostrom said. "I spoke up about what happened to me and what was happening in UNAIDS. As a consequence, I have suffered tremendously."   Ms. Brostrom had reported that the second-in-command at UNAIDS, Luiz Loures, sexually assaulted her during a conference and attempted to drag her from an elevator to his hotel room."

  Knowing the UN as we do, Inner City Press has always believed that the elevator event(s) happened. But throughout this saga Inner City Press has received counter narratives, not from Sidibe but lower ranking UNAIDS and UN staff, including emails. Now, because the depths of Guterres' UN's corruption is so much deeper than those chiming in today are willing to admit, here was an early message from within UNAIDS, responding to this Inner City Press story about Guterres' nepotism and his son Pedro:

 "You are right.  Jose Zuniga is a special advisor to UNAIDS and is part of their strategic treatment advisory committee (STAC).  Imane Sidibe is on his staff and lives in Mali.  Michel's wife worked for WHO in HIV Department as an advisor until she was let go.  CNN neglected to mention the truth that Badara Samb was sleeping with Martina Brostrom (his junior staff member) well before she filed allegations against the deputy Luiz Loures.  Martina is reportedly pregnant with Badara's baby and their respective divorces are proceeding with occasional French police intervention.  Badara was Martina's supervisor and they flew all over the world together to carry on their open affair--most UNAIDS staff knew that they were having sex, sometimes at the office.  This affair became public outside UNAIDS when their sexmails were sent to the STAC including Venter, Sikwese, Birx, Montaner, Havlir, and others.  Once the sexmails were out then Martina launched the harassment charges for what happened at the hotel in Thailand (lots of things happened there).  The sleaze is deep--focusing on Michel de facto exonerates the others... Keep digging." And we have.

  Then we have this, a formal internal filing in UNAIDS: "At the extraordinary session of the UNAIDS PCB of 28 March 2019, PCB members were informed of a memorandum dated 11 July 2018 from David Webb (IOS/WHO) to Gunilla CARLLSON, Executive Director a.i . (UNAIDS), concerning preliminary results of the investigation of allegations of misuse of funds by Badara SAMB and Martina BROSTROM were discussed (case 2016/16). This investigation, which goes back to February 2016, has been repeatedly suspended without action despite HORRIFIC preliminary findings (fraud; collusion; abuse of privileges; using UNAIDS email accounts to exchange profanity, nudity and photos of their genitalia; engaging in sexual intercourse in UNAIDS premises). It is now more than THREE YEARS since this investigation was initiated! SAMB and BROSTROM have been on sick leave for 16 and 18 months respectively with their FULL SALARY PAID by tax payers!  In March of 2018, the IOS investigation of allegations of sexual assault and sexual harassment (case 2016/69) was reopened by the United Nations lnternal Oversight Services led by James Finniss, Deputy Director, Investigation Division, Office of Internal Oversight Services of the United Nations. While the case has been re-investigated in the last 15 months, no information has been released so far. This raises the question once again whether Internal Oversight Service of the United Nations is a mechanism to ensure justice; fairness and compliance to rules and regulations or just a means to pretend the UN is doing something." This is how it is being used in the Tel Aviv UNTSO exploitation exclusively exposed by Inner City Press. And in the Guterres / Swanson "hands in the pants" audio that those now tamely and lamely chiming on on Brostrom have tried to cover up. Audio here.

  And then, some documents, with this intro: "The UN mismanagement at his best. Too much mess. Too much controversial information. A macho fight that dominates fairness and ethics. And this is the UN.   Brostrom's lovers (Samb) wants Loures place, Loures likes women, Loures is an easy target,  Brostrom wants Samb, Brostrom  helps Samb, Brostrom and Samb  have sex in the UNAIDS staff room and use UN money to pay hotels for intimate encounters, Samb gets hit and hits back, Loures goes, Code Blue exploits the fight, Sidibe goes...   The Swedes have gone too far, they fight and conspire, they want to cover their face, they ask SG to bury the second investigation...  And the fight against the HIV epidemics gets frozen, and people die." Yes, that is the UN.

  All of this symbolizes Guterres' faux feminism. While using the issue to try to distract from his failed Secretariat, he rewards closed by harasser Fabrizio Hochschild, and lets Sidibe leave UNAIDS as a hero rather than the criminal he and Guterres are, and get another post. Guterres is disgusting. His recent online disclosure covering 2016 omits for example his listed role through 2018 in the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. That the new disclosures should have already been filed in shown for example by the case of Michel Sidibe, on whose promotion of sexual harassment in UNAID Guterres never acted, standing by as donor revolt alone led Sidibe to offer to leave in mid 2019. Sidibe's most recent filing, which goes all the way back to 2016 given Guterres' cover-up culture, lists a mortgage in the US but does not list or disclose any property in the US. Photo here. This makes no sense. There's property in Mali and France. We'll have more on this and on the full range of UN corruption, and Guterres' censorship and manipulation of eager to manipulated state media to deceive the public and silence real UN victims.
