UNPGA Tijjani Muhammad Bande Bans Press Now Limits Nations To 1 Seat Each $ To Nigeria

By Matthew Russell Lee, CJR Letter PFT
BBC - The Times UK - Honduras - The Source

UN GATE, Aug 28 – Inner City Press has been banned from entering the UN by UNSG Antonio Guterres since 5 July 2018. While Guterres' spokesman Stephane Dujarric said on camera he was answering banned Inner City Press' many questions, he is not. It is a lie, see below, with no answers on Cameroon, Honduras, UN rapes, Guterres' corruption - now on Coronavirus.

Guterres  is corrupt. And he is not alone at the UN - after four PGAs in a row took bribes, on April 24, 2020 there was a rare briefing by Reem Abaza of the OPGA, online but with the media of nearly all GA members' excluded, along with Inner City Press. Reem Abaza - and the PGA and GA -  she was complicit in the censorship of Press of Dujarric, saying she was taking all questions when Inner City Press was blocked and only the same dozen state media and retires would ask.

Now on Aug 28, this: "The President of the United Nations General Assembly, Tijjani Muhammad-Bande is convening in-person plenary meetings of the Assembly on 3 and 4 September 2020.     Pursuant to decision 74/544 entitled, “Procedure for taking decisions of the General Assembly during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic” the General Assembly should take note of all the decisions and resolutions adopted under its mechanism at the first plenary meeting to be held as soon as circumstances allow.     The Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) team concluded that the proposed meetings are at low risk if the following precautionary measures aimed at mitigating the spread of COVID-19 are put in place:     Access to the United Nations complex during these plenary meetings will be restricted; To ensure the effectiveness of physical distancing in the General Assembly Hall, only one delegate per Member State and a delegate each from the Holy See, the State of Palestine and the European Union will be allowed in the Hall; Upon arrival at the United Nations Headquarters, one ticket will be issued by the Safety and Security Service per Member State and for the Holy See, the State of Palestine and the European Union; Access to the General Assembly Hall will require a regular delegate’s pass and the ticket; The seating plan will be slightly amended to ensure physical distancing and the affected Member States will be contacted directly; All Permanent Representatives and Permanent Observers to the United Nations New York The proceedings of the meetings will be webcast live and on-demand on UN Web TV, allowing representatives of intergovernmental organizations and other entities having received a standing invitation to participate as observers to do so through webcast; All statements will be made by delegations from their national seats; Furthermore, I will actively manage the exit by calling each row for departure in a staggered manner." The UN is dying, and continues to censor. We'll have more on this.

Bande's office in 2019 never answered Inner City Press' written questions: "Tijjani Muhammad-Bande will be traveling to Paris, France on November 10 to attend the Paris Peace Forum." She didn't say who was paying; nor have she or the PGA answered about why Inner City Press is banned from entering to cover the PGA.
