WHO After Sex Abuse in DRC Won't Answer on Immunity As SG Guterres Covers Up Rapes, Ban Press

By Matthew Russell Lee, Video here, Vine here Podcast

UN GATE, Sept 28 -- The World Health Organization while reporting on its and its contractors' sexual exploitation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo while ostensibly fighting Ebola refused to answer about anyone being arrested.

Inner City Press submitted this question over Zoom Q&A (its screen had no microphone icon) - ""Will WHO waive legal immunity so that those responsible, including WHO officials and staff for the cover up, can be prosecuted?"  No answer yet. Video here, podcast here.

Meanwhile, Stephane Dujarric, the lead spokesman of UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, and now Guterres' Global Communicator Melissa Fleming have joined their boss in personally covering up child rapes and sexual abuse by UN personnel, including recently a child rape by a UN "peacekeeper" from Paul Biya's Cameroon in DR Congo.

On September 18 in the run-up to Guterres' no-vax "honor system" UNGA week from which he bans the Press, Guterres lied about UN sex abuse: "The appointment of the first field advocates in the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti and South Sudan have demonstrated that a dedicated and trusted person on the ground can make a real difference for victims and survivors."

But on September 20, when Guterres issued a read-out of his meeting with DRC's president, there was no mention of the UN's sex abuse there, much less any apology: "The Secretary-General met with H.E. Mr. FĂ©lix Tshisekedi Tshilombo, President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The Secretary-General congratulated President Tshisekedi for his leadership as Chairperson of the African Union and commended his efforts to advance the peace, security and development agenda in the continent. The Secretary-General and the President discussed efforts undertaken to bring about stability and prosperity in the DRC, including to address violence in the eastern provinces with the support of the United Nations, in particular MONUSCO." MON-USELESS.

This while he and Dujarric withhold  if-asked information about the abuses that even Ban Ki-moon used to release. Under Guterres, the UN is turning into a sex trafficking conspiracy, counting on the impunity it exhibits with its no-vax UNGA super spreader event in New York. And still no answer to the polite Press access letter from the Quinn Emanuel law firm, video here.

Even while they and OIOS Ben Swanson purport to care - and even answer questions - on the UN's cover up for Burundian and Gabon rapes in CAR in 2017, they have adopted corrupt Guterres' solution going forward: cover up the cases in advance. Rough up and ban the Press which asks, leave inside only insiders who ask why they can't use the UN escalator instead of walking one or two flights of stairs, and refuse to answer written questions. Their UN is dying - and taking young victims with it. See Tel Aviv UNTSO video first published by Inner City Press on June 23, here, and Swanson here.

In September 2021, Guterres' UN has acknowledge receipt of Inner City Press' application for access, even simply by WebEx, to ask about the UN rapes - but has yet to rule on it. In 2019 Guterres' UN sent this out:

"From: malu malu [at] un.org
Date: Fri, Aug 30, 2019 at 4:23 PM
Subject: U.N. eAccreditation request for Matthew Lee Ref # M5413398 has been declined
To: Inner City Press:

Greetings Matthew Lee from Inner City Press,  Your media accreditation request, with reference no: M5413398, has been declined for the following reason: Media accreditation was withdrawn on 17 August 2018."

This is Kafka-esque, and corrupt. We will have more, much more, on this.
