Inner City Press Won Docketing
Order Victim 2 Opposition on
Videos

May 22 – In the first week of
the US v. Sean Combs trial,
there was talk in court about
filings that were not
included, even in sealed or
redacted form, in the public
docket.
On May 15 Inner
City Press which is closely
covering the trial (and has
published now three books on
it) filed an application with
Judge Arun Subramanian and all
counsel that
argue[d] that
many if not all of these are
judicial documents to which
the public and press have a
right of access. They should
be put in the docket, now and
going forward in this trial.
On May 19 Judge
Subramanian mentioned the
Press application and told the
parties to docket their emails
- by next Tuesday, and every
week thereafter. On May 20 he
docketed a order. But is this
fast enough?
On May 22,
belatedly docketed under the
Order was Victim 2's
opposition to viewing of
videos, including "The Video
Exhibits depict sexual acts in
which Ms. Doe is alleged in
the Third Superseding
Indictment, to have
participated as a result of
force, fraud or coercion
[REDACTION]" 9 page filing on
Patreon here
On May 16 Inner
City Press published its third
