currency OneCoin, on November
9 Irina Dilkinska pleaded
guilty, with sentencing set
for February 2024. Thread here.
Now the UK has
reversed the extradition to
the US of Christopher
Hamilton, saying he should be
investigated in the UK.
Hamilton’s extradition to the
U.S. Judge Victoria Sharp
ruled that the UK CPS should
re-open its investigation,
ostensibly based on
unspecified new SDNY
information
Back on September
12, 2023 SDNY Judge Edgardo
Ramos sentenced co-founder
Sebastian Greenwood to twenty
years in prison. Inner City
Press was there and live
tweeted, thread here:
Potter: We
submitted 33 letters [each and
every one sealed in full] He
was far from his family. He's
not eligible for good time
credit. Ebbers did not plead
guilty, and was released after
13 years.
Judge

On October 10,
