currency OneCoin, on September
12, 2023 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Ramos sentenced
co-founder Sebastian Greenwood
to twenty years in prison.

Scott's motions for a new
trial. Scott had argued he had
not been aware, and that
founder Ruja Ignatova's
brother Konstanin Ignatov had
lied in his testimony at
