COURTHOUSE,
June 13 – Four defendants
charged with conspiracy to
distribute GHB resulting in
the death of Stanley Stark on
August 16, 2023 were presented
in handcuff and arraigned on
February 7, 2025 in the U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York.
Inner City Press was there,
the only media in the court
room.
All four
consented to detention; the
lawyer for one, Megan
Sterngast a/k/a Megan - E
Village, said her client is
already in detention on
another matter.
There were
medical orders, and two female
US Marshals arrived to conduct
the strip searches of the two
female defendants.
On June 13
counsel to co-defendant
Sterngast wrote in that she is
being released from Bedford
Hills on June 16 and that the
government has arraigned for
agents to pick her up and
return her to Federal custody
at MDC Brooklyn."
The case is
USA v. Teague, et al.,
1:25-cr-40 (Broderick)
