Ndukwe Pleads To Medicaid Rip Off With Michelle Martin Who Still Faces SDNY Trial

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Maxwell book

SDNY COURTHOUSE, March 11 – Patrick Ndukwe was indicted for defrauding Medicaid with his company Quality Services Medical.

On March 10, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Denise L. Cote held a change of plea proceeding. Inner City Press went and covered it.

Ndukwe, with two lawyer, admitted to charging for rides that did not take place.

Judge Cote asked about the interstate element. The Assistant US Attorney cited a server in California, and Western Union payments to co-conspirator Michelle Martin, which Ndukwe then confirmed. She is still slated to go to trial.

The plea was accepted and sentencing set for June 30 at 2 pm.

The case is US v. Ndukwe, et al., 21-cr-700 (Cote)
