Feb 25 – A man who jumped out
a second story window to flee
arrest in an apartment with
stolen Treasury checks, a fake
ID laminating machine and a
loaded gun was ordered
detained on February 25 as a
flight risk. Inner City Press

Garcia was in the
hospital with a fractured
shoulder, on a six week liquid
diet, from the
fall.
The AUSA
described previous arrests, a
"letter to Judge Torres in
this case," and a deceased man
whose identity was being used.
Judge Ricardo ordered Garcia
detained as a flight risk.
The case
has been USA v. Garcia,
1:19-cr-187 (Torres / Ricardo)
