by Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Book Substack

SDNY COURTHOUSE, April 22 – Frank Alicea was arrested for sell cocaine and a nine-millimeter caliber pistol to a Confidential Informant.

On October 3, 2023 he was presented before U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrates Court, which Inner City Press closely covers.

The Assistant US Attorney sought detention.

The complaint cites video and audio evidence, and purchases in a building on East 102nd street in East Harlem, and another purchase in 1760 Lexington Avenue.

Alicia, a/k/a Frank White, was ordered detained by SDNY Magistrate Judge Stewart D. Aaron.

Jump cut to April 22, 2025 when a two count guns and drugs information was filed and assigned to District Judge Torres

The case is now USA v. Alicea, 25-cr-184 (Torres)
