BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Nov 26 – Porn movie producer Strike 3 Holdings, LLC has filed a copyright infringement case against John Doe.

On October 13 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York  Judge Jed Rakoff scheduled a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

In fact, Strike 3 has filed two separate cases, each against an IP address. Its films are distributed through the Tushy,Vixen, Blacked and Blacked Raw adult websites. That's
Strike 3 Holdings, LLC v. Doe, 21-cv-7017 (Rakoff).

On November 26, the day after Thanksgiving, Strike 3 Holdings filed another suit, against another John Doe IP, citing File Hash.

This new case is Strike 3 Holdings, LLC v. Doe, 21-cv-10088 (Unassigned)
