charged with buying guns in
Tennessee and selling them in
New York pled guilty on
January 30 before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Valerie E. Caproni.
Inner City Press was there,

Judge
Caproni asked if the defendant
understood he was waiving the
statute of limitations, then
explained it. She asked if he
understood he was waiving the
right to appeal any sentence
five years or below, as put in
the plea agreement.
Yes, was
the answer.
Sentencing is set for May 21
at 2:30 pm.
