Felon Arrested with Gun on 211 Street Pleads Guilty in SDNY So Sentencing August 11

by Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Book Substack

SDNY COURTHOUSE, April 24 – A defendant arrested with a gun on West 211th Street on May 5, 2024, and a previously felon conviction for felony assault, came to plead guilty on April 24 before U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Jessica G.L. Clarke. Inner City Press was there, the only media in this SDNY courtroom.

The initial complaint contains two photos, one of the loaded .380 Ruger.

Judge Clarke asked the defendant if he understood the rights he was giving up. He said that he did.

Judge Clarke accepted the plea and set sentencing for August 11.

This case is USA v. Fennell, 1:24-cr-453 (Clarke)
