SDNY
COURTHOUSE,
Jan 7 – Four defendants were
arrested and released on bond
in a bank fraud conspiracy
case on January 7 before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Barbara C.
Moses. Inner City Press was
there, the only media in the
SDNY Mag court.
The
presentments were two by two.
First the named defendant,
assigned a Federal Defender,
was released on $150,000 bond,
along with a co-defendant
regarding whose authorization
to work without a green card
was discussed and
disputed.
Then a
couple was bought out, and
given a carve out from the
don't speak to co-conspirators
condition. The case has been
indicted and wheeled out to
District Judge P. Kevin
Castel.
The case
is USA v. Liranzo, et al.,
1:24-cr-675 (Castel / Moses)
