Sept 3 – A man formally
charged with one bank robbery,
and allocuting to other
attempted robberies as
relevant conduct, was up for
sentencing on September 3
before U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge John P. Cronan.

He also hit a Santander
Bank branch in The
Bronx.
Judge: He stole
from a Saks Off 5th in The
Bronx and was arrested with a
hunting knife, among other
crimes. He hit Apple Bank in
The Bronx, Santander on Staten
Island, Capital One in Queens
and another Apple Bank in
Brooklyn. He needs to be
deferred.
