COURTHOUSE,
Feb 18 – Kevin Spacey was sued
in New York State court by
massage therapist J.D., for
allegedly sexually abusing him
in the New York Edison hotel
on Madison Avenue. He said
Spacey would force himself on
him, while wearing a ski
mask.
Spacey
removed the case to Federal
Court.
On February 17 -
Presidents Day - Spacey's
lawyers filed that they will
move to dismiss, before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Jennifer H. Rearden.
Inner City Press, covering
SDNY, found the filings.
The
complaint said Spacey "kept an
incognito status during his
stays at the hotel and
insisted on wearing a ski
mask."
The case is
J.D. v. Spacey, 1:24-cv-8630
(Rearden)
