Health Supply 770 Is Sued Over COVID Tests So Discovery to May 5 and Mediation in SDNY

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Maxwell Book

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Jan 7 - Apparel Group, LLC sued Abu and Health Supply 770 in a dispute about the sale of COVID-19 rapid test kits.

On January 5, 2023 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York  Magistrate Judge James L. Cott held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Judge Cott ruled that fact discovery should be completed by May 5 - but that he would also refer the dispute to the SDNY Mediation Program.

He did, for a session within 30 to 60 days. If they do not settle, there is another conference set for May 12.

The case is JGV Apparel Group, LLC v. Abu et al., 22-cv-9210 (Woods / Cott)
