2020.
More than
three years later on September
1, 2023 the insurance fall-out
came before U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Ronnie Abrams. Inner City

Berkshire
Hathaway is declining to
provide defense and indemnity
coverage in a lawsuit in NYS
court.
Allied World
Assurance Company brought the
Federal lawsuit for a
declaratory judgment that
Berkshire Hathaway must do so.
The
case management plan has
depositions being completed by
January 5, 2024.
Judge Abrams set
a next conference for January
12 - and asked for a letter in
a week.
