SDNY
COURTHOUSE,
Sept 12 – A man on supervised
release and now charged with
selling crack, heroin and
fentanyl was presented for
violations on September 12
before U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Sarah
Netburn. Inner City Press was
there, the only media in the
SDNY Mag court.
The Federal
Defender asked that he be
bailed out to in-patient drug
treatment. The AUSA emphasized
that the District Judge would
see him on September 16.
Magistrate Judge
Netburn said he should remain
detained until then, and
perhaps argue for release
before her.
The case
is US v. Livingston,
21-cr-558 (Abrams / Netburn)
