April 15 – A defendant
arrested in January with
$300,000 in cash in his car
(then drugs and a gun) on
April 15 was before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Jennifer H. Rearden.

fentanyl, we'll supersede to
15-year minimum. We believe he
is a Dominican national, here
illegally - we may have
another charge.
