SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 13 – Four men were
indicted in a narcotics
conspiracy. One pleaded guilty
on July 27, 2023. The other
three appeared on September 13
before U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Edgardo Ramos.
One was in
detention, in the jury box
with Marshall. The other two
were in the gallery, with
Inner City Press.
The man in
the jury box, Derrick
Reynolds, may face a
superseding indictment for
violence.
The other two
were said to be nearing guilty
pleas. In fact, lead defendant
Jumel Hayes set a date for a
plea, October 14 at 4:30
pm.
Four days
later, on October 18 at 4:30
pm, Reynolds and Solomon Hayes
have another conference before
Judge Ramos.
The case is
US v. Lloyd, et al., 23-cr-38
(Ramos)
