after being found with
Percocet or "Yerks" on Arthur
Avenue and 178th Street in The
Bronx on June 24,
December 2, Judge Paul A.
Crotty held a change of plea
proceeding in the U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York,
which Inner City Press
guilty to Count 1, the drugs,
but not Count 2, the gun.
Judge Crotty set
sentencing for March 9.
The case is
US v. Bey, 21-cr-735 (Crotty)
