SDNY
COURTHOUSE,
Feb 3 – The Rapaport Price
List of diamonds has used
Nivoda USA, Nivoda Limited and
David Sutton for pirating its
report. On
February 3 the two sides
appeared before U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge Jed
S. Rakoff. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
defense said they intend to
move to dismiss against Nivoda
Limited and David Sutton for
lack of personal jurisdiction,
lack of contacts with New
York.
Judge Rakoff said he will only
stay discovery if this motion
is made quickly. He scheduled
another conference quickly,
very quickly.
The case
is Rapaport USA Inc. v. Nivoda
USA LLC, et al., 1:25-cv-171
(Rakoff)
