By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Nov 5 – Mouhame Sanogo was arrested for allegedly stealing $1400 worth of crack and a gun by pointing a gun at a Confidential Source's head on West 120th Street on November 3.

On November 4 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrate Judge Stewart D. Aaron held a detention or bail proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Mid proceeding, at 8 pm, the lights in Judge Aaron's chambers went out. Sanogo was a appointed a publicly paid CJA lawyer, from the Quinn Emanuel law firm.

Sanogo was detained, and as the proceeding ended said, I didn't even get to speak. His lawyer assured him he would be calling him.

The case is US v. Sanogo, 20-mj-11878 (Aaron)
