BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Nov 21 – Michael Grecco sued Oath, Inc. for using his X-Files photograph of Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny.

On November 20, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Louis L. Stanton held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

The initial defendant was Yahoo / Verizon Media. Judge Stanton asked if the parties want to pursue alternative dispute resolution.

After he agreed to their case management plan, he asked, "Do you have any questions for me?"

Discovery is to be completed by June 4.

The case is Michael Grecco Productions, Inc. v. Oath LLC, 20-cv-1572 (Stanton)
