SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 9 – Miguel Junior Montero
Estrella has been indicted for
an April 26, 2023 armed

gun. He was arrested on the
indictment on August 28.
On August 29, he
appeared before U.S. District

was there.
The
barebones indictment charged
that the defendant "knowingly

and her family with a firearm,
and obtained by force proceeds
from the business."
[A man by the

loan, in Orlando, in 2021.]
The
Assistant US Attorney asked
that he be detained pending
trial.
The Federal
Defender said he consented to
detention.
Jump cut to
January 8, 2025 when the
Federal Defender wrote in
asking for the minimum, seven
years, when he is sentenced on
February 6.
The case
is US v. Montero Estrella,
