is Sued For Inaction on Epstein But Jane
Doe Cannot Be Anonymous so Aug 30 Deadline

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Aug 9 – After the death of
Jeffrey Epstein in the MCC
jail, Virginia Giuffre, Annie
Farmer and others pushed
forward with civil litigation
for sex trafficking against
Ghislaine Maxwell and his
estate.
At the end
of 2021 Maxwell was found
guilty on five of six criminal

On February 14,
2024 Jane Does sued the FBI
for inaction on Epstein, in a
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
civil lawsuit that cites the
questioning of Director Wray
in the US Senate. Complaint

On April 30 the
assigned District Judge Mary
Kay Vykocil denied the motion
to proceed anonymously:

MOTION TO PROCEED ANONYMOUSLY

ANONYMOUSLY PURSUANT TO FRCP

is DENIED without prejudice.
On or before May 20, 2024,

was again denied with a
