The AUSA
spoke of two domestic violence
incidents.
The Federal
Defender said he is 36 and the
father of five children.
The AUSA
said he was aware of the
Federal warrant, but then said
it would not say how it knew,
for safety reasons.
Judge
Willis said being on Florida,
while on probation, spoke for
itself. She ordered the
defendant detained, at least
pending an appearance before
the District Judge in the week
ending February 17.
The case is US v.
Velasquez, 22-cr-572 (Caproni
/ Willis) - the case was still
listed as sealed after the
detention decision.
