MAG COURT, March 10 - In
the U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York in White Plains on March
10, an arraignment was held by
Magistrate Judge Andrew E.
Krause on two inmates in the
Rockland County Jail who,
while there, solicited and
produced sexual images of
children by Securus Messages,
"a messaging platform used by
inmates at the jail."

Anthony
Mitchell is 23 and charged
with Murder in the Second
Degree. Darin Peterson is 29
and also charged with Murder
in the Second Degree. He
directed Victim-1, "We're
gonna have a little photo
shoot real quick."
Both were
detained on consent.
From a statement,
Rockland County Sheriff Louis
Falco III said: “The Rockland
County Sheriff’s Office and
the Rockland County
Intelligence Center were proud
to assist the FBI Safe Streets
Task Force in this
investigation."
The cases is US
v. Peterson, 23-mj-1982 and US
v. Mitchell, 23-mj-1983
