March 17 – Days after
Sayfullo Saipov dodged the
death penalty for killing
eight people on the West Side
Highway bike path in the name
of ISIS, the prosecutors
announced on March 17
that
"RIDON KOLA was
arrested today based on a
criminal Complaint filed in
White Plains federal court
charging KOLA with making
threatening interstate
communications, in which KOLA
threatened to kill officers of
the YPD and the Mayor of
Yonkers. KOLA will be
presented in White Plains
federal court later today
before United States
Magistrate Judge Paul E.
Davison."
