Ridon Kola For Threatening Yonkers Police Is Arrested and Detained in White Plains SDNY

by Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Book Substack

SDNY COURTHOUSE, March 17 –   Days after Sayfullo Saipov dodged the death penalty for killing eight people on the West Side Highway bike path in the name of ISIS, the prosecutors announced  on March 17 that

"RIDON KOLA was arrested today based on a criminal Complaint filed in White Plains federal court charging KOLA with making threatening interstate communications, in which KOLA threatened to kill officers of the YPD and the Mayor of Yonkers.  KOLA will be presented in White Plains federal court later today before United States Magistrate Judge Paul E. Davison."

Inner City Press covers the SDNY Magistrates Courts in both Manhattan and White Plains, where Kola was detained without prejudice, and given a medical attention form.

The case is  US v. Kola, 23-mj-2200 (Davison)
