24 Year Old Woman Charged With Filming Sex With Daughter for Money Wants Time Served

by Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Book Substack

SDNY COURT EXCLUSIVE, Sept 3 – A 24-year old woman charged with filming herself performing sex acts on her daughter and her nephew then sending them to a man by Telegram for money was ordered freed on $30,000 bond on April 5.

U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrate Judge Ona T. Wang held the bail or jail proceeding, from 4:30 to 6:15 pm on April 5. Inner City Press went and covered it, the only media - and only civilian - in the courtroom.

Defendant Angelica Luciano had said she would have included her son in the video if he hadn't been at school, according to the prosecutors.

The assigned Federal Defender emphasized that Luciano only sent the videos to one person, and could now live with her father, a home health attendant (for a relative) in The Bronx.

Judge Wang ordered Luciano released, but only once Pre Trial Services has approved the home and a third party custodian to be present anytime Luciano is with a minor for an extended period or intentionally.

Inner City Press expected the prosecutors to say they would appeal to the Part 1 Judge, but it was not said.

Jump cut to May 6, 2024 when Angelica Luciano pled guilty before Judge J. Paul Oetken.

On September 3, Luciano through counsel asked for a sentence of time served. Sentencing is set for September 17.

The case is now US v. Luciano, 24-cr-280 (Oetken)
