by Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Book Substack

SDNY COURTHOUSE, May 18 – Iggal Copeland is charged with the gunpoint robbery of a store on Greene Street in Soho.

He was presented on May 18 before U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrate Judge James L. Cott. Inner City Press was covering the Mag court.

The complaint recounts Copeland stealing license plates, driving to Greene Street, and demanding access to a safe at gunpoint. He pretended to be an employee of "Courier-1."

   Judge Cott detained him.

The case is  US v. Copeland, 23-mj-4001 (Cott)
