SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 1 – Cyron Lee was
arrested and charged with
fentanyl sales on Madison
Avenue near 129th Street in
Upper Manhattan.
On October
31 he appeared before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Gary Stein.
Inner City Press was there,
the only media in the SDNY Mag
court.
The
complaint described a red car
coming to buy, from 138th
Street in The Bronx, and a
text "Red it's the homie."
They called the drugs "yellow
t-shirts."
On
October 31, Lee had a sling on
his arm. He consented to
detention, but a response has
been sought from the MDC jail
if they can provide physical
therapy, if needed. A control
date of November 3 in the Mag
court has been set.
The case is US v.
Lee, et al., 23-mj-7003
(Stein)
