SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 15 – As a felon in
possession of a gun, Devin
Parsons was sentenced to 22
months in prison on June 24,
2022.
On November 15,
Parsons was brought before
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Robert W.
Lehrburger on an alleged
violation of supervised
release. Inner City Press was
there, the only media in the
SDNY Mag Court.
The
longtime AUSA recounted two
gun incidents, and use of
marijuana. Newly appointed
counsel consented to
detention, pending seeing the
Chief Judge on December 8 at
12:30 pm.
The case is
US v. Parsons, 21-cr-157
(Swain / Lehrburger)
