SDNY
COURTHOUSE,
Aug 5 – Two men arrested for a
home invasion robbery in New
Jersey had their Bronx
premises searched. Found were
industrial fenantyl production
equipment, including pill
presses.
On August
5 the two men, each with
retained counsel with offices
two building apart on the
Bronx' Grand Concourse,
appeared before U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Jennifer E.
Willis. Inner City Press was
there, the only media in the
SDNY Mag court.
Both agreed
to detention without prejudice
to a future bail application,
and waived the preliminary
hearing to the 30th day or
September 4.
One could
anticipate them being indicted
by them - there are many
photos in the complaint.
The case is US v.
Salcedo, et al., 24-mj-2559
