By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Oct 24 – Tricha Wolfe is a deaf person who was discriminated against while working as a janitor at Pace University. She sued Collins Buildings Services.

On October 22 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

It was mentioned that the case should be dismissed so that the discrimination portion could continue before the mediation program.

Judge Hellerstein said, Only if plaintiff consents. He directed the defendant to answer or otherwise move by November 8.

The case is Wolfe v. Collins Building Services, Inc. et al., 21-cv-7313 (Hellerstein)
