SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 18 – A California based
movie producer, Dillon Jordan,
was arrested and presented on
July 15, 2021 on federal
prostitution charges. Inner
City Press live tweeted it, here
(picked up by the UK Daily
Mail) and below.
On September 1,
2022, Inner City Press live
tweeted Jordan's guilty plea,
with no appeal of any sentence
below 28 months, and at least
$1.4 million to be paid
(forfeiture still being
negotiated). Thread here
and below.
On February 3 the
US Attorney's Office filed its
sentencing memo, asking for
the statutory maximum five
years. They recount how Jordan
was arrested in Cuba in 2002
for "corruption of minors." He
served eight years.
Upon his return
to the US, he again began
operating a prostitution
business. They quote his email
about a "girl in Barcelona now
with one of my clients and he
offered me 150k to buy her out
and I declined." He took a 40%
cut. He led Victim-1 on a
leash.
On February 9,
Inner City Press was in the
courtroom, tweets here.
The result: DILLON JORDAN,
a/k/a “Daniel Jordan,” a/k/a
“Daniel Maurice Hatton,” a/k/a
“Daniel Bohler,” was sentenced
today to five years in prison
in connection with operating a
prostitution business with
national and international
reach.
On December 10,
2024 Dillon Jordan's counsel
wrote it seeking a reduction
under Amendment 821 from 60 to
45 months.
On April 18,
2025, the request was denied:
"Dillon Jordan is currently
incarcerated at Terminal
Island FCI, with a projected
release date of December 31,
2026. Defendant requests that
the Court reduce his sentence
by fifteen months. Defendant's
motion for a sentence
reduction is denied. The Clerk
of Court is respectfully
directed to close Docket
Number 75. SO ORDERED. (Signed
by Judge John P. Cronan on
4/18/2025)
From Sept 1,
2022: OK - now Dillon Jordan
is pleading guilty before SDNY
Judge Cronan, says he has PTSD
and dis-associative disorder.
"I do as many sessions as I
can." What is the plea deal?
Judge Cronan:
Tell me about your employment
for the last ten years. Dillon
Jordan: I worked in film. Now
in construction (?) Judge:
Addictions? Jordan: None.
Judge: Alcohol in the past 48
hours? Jordan: None. I'm
nervous.
Judge
Cronan: I find you competent
to plead guilty. Now Mr.
Jordan I will explain the
rights you are giving up...
Judge
Cronan: I have received a
signed plea agreement dated
today... You'll be pleading
guilty to Count 1, conspiring
to violate the Mann Act. AUSA:
...Transportation over state
laws for an illegal sexual
act.
Judge
Cronan: You agree to pay back
$1,429,000? Dillon Jordan: I
didn't receive all that.
Defense lawyer: Let us have a
break-out. [Long break]
Defense lawyer:
He says that amount passed
through him. You can ask
again. Judge: Under the the
consent order, $1,429,000
traceable to your offense?
Jordan: Uh... yes.
Judge: With
reduction for acceptance of
responsibility, offense level
is 16. So guideline of 21 to
27 months. [He can't appeal
any sentence below 28 months]
Judge: Tell
me what you did. Dillon
Jordan: I agreed with one
person for women to travel to
engage in sexual activity. I
can confirm in an email with
another person, I told another
person to pay for services at
a bachelors' party, one in the
SDNY.
Judge: I accept
your guilty plea. Sentencing
will be December 12 at 2 pm.
Defense: We'd like it remote.
Judge: Let's see where we are
with COVID. [In SDNY, the
CARES Act exemptions expire
November 18 and have not been
extended].
On November 18,
the sentencing was pushed back
to January 30, 2023: "ENDORSED
LETTER as to Dillon Jordan
addressed to Judge John P.
Cronan from Attorney Henry E.
Mazurek dated November 17,
2022 re: to request an
adjournment of his sentencing
hearing currently scheduled on
November 30, 2022, and for an
extension of time to provide
probation with any objections
to the draft presentence
report (PSR). ENDORSEMENT: The
request is granted. The
sentencing scheduled for
December 12, 2022 is adjourned
until January 30, 2023."
Then on January
19, Jordan's lawyer wrote to
Judge Cronan that "we require
additional time to resolve
outstanding issues before
sentencing with the
government." February 7, 9 or
10 is proposed. What are the
issues? Only financial? Watch
this site.
Back on November
12, 2021 Jordan through
counsel asked Judge Cronan for
"a 60-day adjournment of the
status conference scheduled
for November 22," citing
130,000 pages and 50 emails.
Docketed on
November 15, Jordan got it:
"MEMO ENDORSEMENT as to Dillon
Jordan on re: [20] LETTER

Cronan from Ilana Haramati,
Esq. dated November 12, 2021
re: Request for Adjournment of
Status Conference.

conference scheduled for
November 22, 2021 is adjourned
to January 24, 2022 at 2:00

before Judge John P. Cronan.
)"
On June 21,
2020 Jordan -
with the
consent of the
prosecutors -
wrote in
request to
adjourn the
motion
schedule which
was to begin
June 24 to one
to end on
September 30,
with the
August 17
conference
canceled, "to
allow the

to continue
ongoing plea
negotiations."
