By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Dec 2 – Justin Maurice Nettles was charged with robbing banks on 125th Street in Harlem.

On December 2, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Katherine Polk Failla held a change of plea proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Nettles said he had shown a gun to bank teller(s) and taken money.

Yes, it was FDIC insured and yes, Harlem is in the SDNY for purposes of venue.

On the question of forfeiture, $22,298 was arrived at. The sentencing was set for March 2.

The case is US v. Nettles, 20-cr-509 (Failla)
