April 24 – A man arrested in
August 2024 for selling crack
to an undercover in a Bronx
building came to pled guilty
on April 1, 2025 before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Ona T. Wang.
Inner City Press covers the

The original complaint in the
case also had photographs of a
gun and ammo. But this
defendant pled guilty only to
Count 2, with a sentencing
date of July 21.
The
co-defendant pled guilty on
April 8 before Magistrate
Judge Gary Stein - with
sentencing set for July 28.

1:24-cr-554 (Swain)
