investigation against Sen.
Robert Menendez for taking
gold bars, Inner City Press'

expect on Friday, September 22
an appearance in Federal court
in Manhattan by Menendez and
his wife Nadine Arslanian, now
facing trial alone. This

guilty; sentencing was set for
June 12 with her lawyer
implying he will be asking for
delay
On April 28 he
did, writing "I am, candidly,
exhausted after trial.
However, I nonetheless have a
series of time-sensitive tasks
I must complete this week (the
week of April 27, 2025), in
addition to the
sentencing-related tasks
outlined in the letter I am
submitting to the Court in
this case, ex parte and under
