Sean Combs Moves to Exclude Expert Dawn Hughes Testimony as Improper in Docket Win

by Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Book Substack

SDNY COURTHOUSE, May 24 – At 4:30 pm on September 16 Inner City Press was told by its SDNY source to expect "the big one" - Sean Combs - the next day in an SDNY courtroom.

[Inner City Press published book / audio book Diddy Do It? on Sept 20 on Amazon here. On Week 1 of trial, book. Week two here.

Inner City Press won an order that filings must be docketed.

On May 21  US expert Dawn Hughes was grilled by Combs' new and 10th lawyer, Jonathan Bach.

On Saturday May 24 Bach's wife Alexandra Shapiro filed seeking to exclude Hughes' testimony as "an assertion that victims are all unique and no memory lapse can readily be attributed to credibility problems. This is not proper expert testimony that will help the jury discover the truth but a Rorschach inkblot calculated to support any argument the prosecution may need to make in summation, depending on how its factual witnesses testify. Hughes’s testimony should be struck in its entirety." 8 page motion on Patreon here
