the US docketed it opposition
including that "The Court
should deny the defense’s
request to strike the
testimony of Dr. Hughes. Dr.
Hughes’ testimony regarding
why victims remain in
relationships, coping
mechanisms, and delayed
disclosure was concise and
tailored directly to these
subjects" - 7 page opposition
