Amid reports of investigation
against Sen. Robert Menendez for
taking gold bars, Inner City
Press' sources on September 21,
2023 it to expect on Friday,
September 22 an appearance in
Federal court in Manhattan by
Menendez and his wife Nadine
Arslanian. This

Judge Stein: I
have chosen for sentencing
October 29 - 2 pm for Mr.
Hana, 2:45 for Mr. Daibes and
3:30 pm for Mr.
Menendez.
After 6 pm on
August 19 Daibes' lawyer filed
motions for a new trial,
stating for example that "at
most, the evidence showed that
Senator Menendez was concerned
about his friend of over
thirty years."
